Return refund policy

 

When you receive the product,do not clean it for the time being.Check the quality, workmanship and size of the product as soon as possible.If you're not completely satisfied with your Luxubedding order,we'll make things right.Just contact us at service@luxubedding.com to start a return,no questions asked.

 

Return period

 

You may free return most new,unopened items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.If there was a problem with the order (you received an incorrect or defective item),we will cover all return shipping fees.

1.Please note that we don't accept returns after the 60 day timeframe.If an item is sent back to us after the 60 day window,we may reject your return and charge additional shipping fees.

2.We cannot accept return/exchange of items that are used or damaged.All returned products must be unwashed in original condition with product tags attached.We promise not to sell any returned products.

3.Once we receive your returned package,you should receive a full refund within 3 days.

4.For products that need to be repaired during the warranty period,you need to notify us by email in advance.We will provide the repair address and then send it back to us for free repair.You need to bear the return and postage costs.

5.Please take care to package your return securely.We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper return packaging.

6.We recommend opting for tracking on your return package in case there are any issues or delays.

7.Gift cards and items marked as sale items,final sales,or special sales may not eligible for returns or exchanges.
