Are Luxubedding products available in physical retail stores?

Not at this time!We sell directly to you,which allows us to offer ultra-premium products at a fair price (and provide the best possible customer experience).It's a convenient,efficient,and more affordable way of doing things.

What is TENCEL™?

TENCEL™ is an ultra-premium brand of Lyocell fiber made from sustainably-farmed eucalyptus trees.It's used across the world in apparel,home goods,and of course bedding.We use TENCEL™ in some of our fabric blends to improve breathability and moisture wicking.It's also incredibly eco-friendly and produced with a closed-loop process!

What is BCl-certified cotton?

We're proud to be members of the Better Cotton Initiative,a certification process that sets certain standards for cotton production,working towards a more sustainable future and fairer labor standards for farmers.

What is OEKO-TEX certification?

Our products are pre-washed and tested by a trusted third party lab(OEKO-TEX)to ensure that they are free from harmful substances and chemicals,supporting a healthy sleep environment.

What is GOTS certification?

GOTS certification stands for "Global Organic Textile Standard.It is an internationally recognized certification standard for textiles and apparel that ensures the organic status of textiles,from the harvesting of raw materials through environmentally and socially responsible manufacturing to labeling.The GOTS certification covers the entire supply chain, ensuring that organic fibers are grown or sourced according to organic farming standards and that the textile products are processed and manufactured with ecological and social responsibility in mind.

What is RDS certification?

RDS certification includes the following points:

1.Animal Welfare:RDS ensures that poultry are collected in a manner that does not cause unnecessary suffering and cruelty.It regulates the conditions under which birds are kept and housed,as well as the methods of collecting feathers,to protect the welfare of the animals.

2.Responsible Harvesting:RDS promotes transparency in the harvesting process to ensure that poultry feathers come from responsible sources and are not plucked from live animals.

3.Sustainability:RDS focuses on the sustainability of down products,including supply chain traceability and social responsibility.

Certification Body CU 887265,one of the bodies responsible for verifying and issuing RDS certification,performs audits of producers and suppliers to ensure compliance with RDS standards.

RDS certification is usually associated with down products such as duvets,down jackets and down pillows.Buying RDS certified products means you are paying attention to animal welfare and sustainability when purchasing down products.

What if an item I want is out of stock during a sale or special promotion?

During special sales and promotions,all items are while supplies last.When they're gone, they're gone!

Are you able to hold,delay or combine orders?

We are not able to make changes to orders after they've shipped.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards,Paypal,and payments through Klarna installment plan.

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?

To prevent any potential delays,your payment method will be charged at the time of order.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your shipment's progress using your order number and email.

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?

We cannot modify orders after they have shipped.But don't worry!If you'd like to return an item once it has arrived,simply contact our customer service team.We offer free returns,no questions asked.

How do I cancel my order?

We cannot cancel orders after they have shipped.However,if you'd like to return your purchase once it has arrived,simply contact our customer service team.We offer free returns,no questions asked.

Does Luxubedding offer discounts,coupons,or promotions?

Why isn't my promo code applying to my order?

We can only accept one promotion per order,including promo codes and site-wide promotions.Promo codes may not be used together or combined on already-discounted items.

What are your current shipping methods?

We provide the following FedEx,UPS,DHL Express and other high-speed express delivery. We will choose the fastest express service provider based on your address.

Can I expedite my order?

We use express shipping to ensure super-fast,ultra-convenient shipping on all orders. Packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days.

Where does Luxubedding ship?

We currently only ship within China,but we hope to expand to more countries and regions soon!Join our community and you'll always be the first to know.

When will I get my order?

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Once an order is shipped,we are unable to make any changes.If you've just placed an order,please contact our customer service team.

I ordered more than one item.Will they all be delivered at the same time?

If the items are all in stock and ready to ship,they are more likely to come in the same shipment.However,if one or more of the items are not in stock,they may be shipped separately.

My order was marked as delivered,but it's not here!What do I do?

If your order was marked as delivered but is not at the correct location,please verify the shipping address on your order.If everything seems correct,please reach out to us at service @luxubedding.com for assistance.
